A style of yoga with emphasis on creativity and alignment. This class consists of inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing and seating postures, back bending and inversions, guided by a steady breath to tone and calm the mind.
Every class includes deep relaxation as well as meditation. Clases differ in tone and vigor depending on the level of the group. This class is open for anyone wanting to build their practice and go deeper into all the beneficial elements of yoga.
