The “trance” state is part of the spectrum of human consciousness. You are invited to join Peter Blum, master hypnotherapist, sound healer, storyteller, and student of shamanism for an afternoon exploration of different ways to enter the trance state and how to utilize it for healing, spiritual and emotional guidance, and vision. Participants will learn about ancient and modern practices, utilizing spoken inductions, hypnotic teaching tales, and the magical sounds of Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, drum and rattle.
Peter Blum has had a practice in Ericksonian hypnosis since 1987. He was awarded Instructor of the Year by the Nat’l Guild of Hypnosis in 2004, and in 2009 inducted into the Order of Braid – a lifetime achievement recognition. In 2015 he was awarded Hypnotist of the Year by IACT (The Int’l Assoc. of Counselors and Therapists). Peter has studied healing and ceremony with Beautiful Painted Arrow (Joseph Rael) and Dr. Lewis MehlMadrona for over 20 years, and has trained hundreds in the spiritual art of hypnosis. He has also gained recognition for his pioneering work in the field of Sound Healing, and has released 6 CD’s featuring his work with singing bowls. Peter has brought his healing sounds all over the USA and Puerto Rico. In 2016 he was invited to perform at the United Nations. – http://www.soundsforhealing.com
