Learn basic tools and strategies that will allow you to maintain your own personal yoga practice at home.
I will be teaching a four-hour workshop where you will learn the art of sequencing the yoga asanas (poses) so you can have a safe and balanced practice at home. You will learn basic anatomy and the tools to assist you in choosing the poses that are most beneficial for you and your level of expertise.
This workshop will take you from simply doing a one-asana session to transforming your home yoga practice into a more varied and transformational experience. It will also stress the importance of a daily practice routine and reveal the numerous benefits of stepping onto your mat for your health and emotional well-being.
Please bring your yoga mat, some water, a light snack, a notebook and a pen.
