Think Yourself Slim June 25 2016 San Miguel de Allende LifePath CenterJoin Rose and Antonio to rewire your unique neural pathways for weight loss with restorative movement, integrative breathing and guided imagery. Participants will have the opportunity to enter deep trance states to access their inner body wisdom to unlock and harmonise cellular memory.

You will learn the basic nutritional principals of Ayuvedic diet and how to apply it to your everyday life. Change begins in the mind, participants will be amazed at how easy it is to create a virtual body image of how you are now and how you wish to be. Grounded in reality, you will be given practical steps of how to achieve your goals.

About the facilitators
unnamed (2)Rose is a highly qualified Yoga Teacher, nutritionist and stress management coach from New-Zealand. Her qualifications include Dip IYTA, Dip Nutrition, DHP. She is author and producer of the Brain-Body Rebalance System and The Sleep Temple, a self hypnosis audio program. She facilitates workshops and coaches female clients to realign with their destiny. Antonio Elugardo is a certified Yoga Instructor in San Miguel de Allende who also enjoys facilitating retreats and workshops. Her website is mindpath.co
