Namaste! Welcome to our Detox Meditations Workshop! These meditations have been created by One World Academy, a wisdom school for enlightenment located in India and founded by Krishnaji and Preethaji. Gail Buck, a meditation instructor with OWA will have the honor of leading these Meditations on February 10th, 11th and 12th.

Day 1, Mind Detox: Feb 10, 5pm – 8pm: The purpose of detoxing the mind is to let go of toxic emotions that hurt and hinder us. Toxic emotions such as fear, anger and disappointment. Detoxing the mind will enhance your capacity to respond intelligently, and spontaneously to situations. Each part of the mind detox will move you to distinctive phases. The meditation will conclude with a sacred intention for the flowering of intelligence. Each of these processes have been repeating tested and proven to work. If this is your first time in meditation, please relax, feel at home, open yourself up to this new experience, go beyond your comfort zone, and ease into mind detox.

Day 2, Brain Detox: Feb 11, 1:30pm – 4:30pm: Functionally detoxing the brain will help you to destress, help you to relax, help make better decisions, bring more insights and give you a better quality of sleep which can enhance your sense of wellbeing. Spiritually you will feel more alive and inspired. Nature’s way of detoxing the brain is through the flow of cerebral spinal fluid. We have designed the Brain Detox meditations to enhance the circulation of the cerebral spinal fluid. Our brain detox meditations will facilitate in you an increased brain metabolism, feelings of physical and mental wellbeing, and enhanced mental alertness. All of the brain detox meditations are done in shavasanan, or a total relaxation pose which is done lying on your back. You may want to bring an extra yoga mat or cushion for this process. The meditation also involves visualizations that quickens the process of de stressing of the mind and brain. These meditations are highly effective but simple and easy to follow.

Day 3, Consciousness Detox: Feb12, 1:30pm – 4:30pm: The consciousness detox meditations have a magical feel to them. These meditations do not require any belief or faith nor do they preach any doctrine. They are wisdom bites that wake you up to the beauty in you, and the others. Going through this detoxing is less a strenuous practice and more like play where you open to life. The fact that you have chosen to detox your consciousness means you are an individual who seeks to cultivate a peaceful inner strength, born from love and connection. It gives us joy to travel with you on this journey.
