Kerry Crofton has taught mindfulness meditation in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition for the past forty years. In Canada she leads a charitable organization focused on the health and wellbeing of families and their mindful and balanced use of technology. She is author of A Wellness Guide for the Digital Age.
Charles Blackhall is a Canadian photographer with a deep appreciation of the Buddhist, Zen, and Taoist teachings on perception. Charles teaches Tai Chi and Gi Gong. He developed the contemplative photography practice, The Mindful EYE, with his wife Kerry Crofton. They live in Nova Scotia and enjoy their winters in Mexico.
