Muse Connection: Paint Your Soul Fire!

No previous art experience is necessary to embark on this juicy guided creative process! We’ll journey into an encounter with the part of ourselves that is and has always been connected to the Source of Inspiration. We call this aspect of ourselves “The Muse.” Many of us have forgotten that we are innately creative because we’ve been trained over our lifetimes to listen to the critical voice in our minds, the voice that judges us and makes us believe that we can’t paint, we can’t sing, we can’t dance, or we can’t be successful at the dream of our heart. We’ll learn how to shift our attention to our inner “Muse” and claim inspiration for ourselves. Through a deep process of personal inquiry called Intentional Creativity, you will be gently guided step by step through creating your own painting of your Muse, integrating your discoveries about what lights you up into visual form while stoking the creative fire in your soul. All art materials are provided so come play and pray with paintbrushes! Learn more at

Shamanic Breathwork

Spiritually journey in the same way as the Toltec shamans by entraining to the rhythms of drums, rattles, and music by using the breath. Much like traveling to sacred places this practice can be used to enter altered states of consciousness and awaken the shaman within. Breathwork can also be used to resolve traumas and shapeshift unproductive modes of thinking in order to move beyond them and into our wild creative hearts. Stephanie Urbina Jones and Jeremy Pajer are shamanic ministers and master facilitators of this powerful healing modality through Venus Rising Association of Transformation.
